Are your fitters insured?
Every fitter is independently verified, with their own Motor Trade and Public Liability insurance of at least £2 million. Our platform also carries Public Liability and Cyber cover.
How does the AI actually help?
It gathers the details a fitter needs (reg, tyre size, what’s wrong) and reads a photo of the damage to spot whether it can be repaired or needs a new tyre — so we don’t send you the wrong fitter with the wrong stock. A human is always available if you’d rather speak to one.
What if no fitter is available?
If we can’t reach you within the next 30 minutes, your £25 deposit is refunded automatically and we’ll text you the moment supply improves in your area.
Can you do all tyre sizes?
We cover the 30 most common UK car tyre sizes (15–19 inch) from launch. Run-flat, motorsport and rare sizes get a quote within 15 minutes by a human.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund if we can’t dispatch within 30 minutes, or if you cancel before a fitter accepts. After acceptance we keep £10 for the fitter’s time; after dispatch the full deposit is non-refundable. Details in our T&Cs.
Do you do breakdowns or recovery yet?
Not yet — we’re tyres-first. Jump-starts, fuel delivery and lockout are next (around month 3). Recovery / towing comes later once we’ve sorted the proper licensing. For breakdowns today, RAC, AA, or Green Flag will look after you.
